Every where its SIR RAVINDER JADEJA

What a match it was!! everything looked so perfect.. yeah perfect for a tie.. How often do you see two teams doing mistakes equally... playing well at the same time.. Surreal performance from the lower order batsman.. Recent times.. Its become so obvious to see Kohli and Dhoni finishing it off that you can never imagine something of that sort to happen..

The main reason for it to be more special is that neither Kohli nor Dhoni were responsible for making it a tie for what could have been a sure embarrassing defeat.. It was for good reasons the two Indian players who probably are said to fill the boots of all rounders did it. Ashwin has always been a good batsman but for a person having 3 triple centuries in domestic circuit.. Jadeja was the one who had to prove and prove it right.

According to what I observed this surely will give Jadeja a new break.. Now you might be wondering why so? Simple.. The reasons are.. Bouncy track, bowlers bowling at 140k+, Run Rate above 10.. Still he managed it.. Ya 1 can say that the ground was small. but if you observe the big hits were huge.. and mostly towards the longest part of the ground... His presence of mind in the way he let go the deliveries all were praise worthy.. Hmm, All that to an extent has shown lot of promise.. So much so that NZ ex-player Martin Crowe wants him to bat at No.4.. Sunil Gavaskar said he was happy to see Jadeja bat..

Anyways for now its Sir Jadeja everywhere,,.Some compairing him to be the NEXT Kapil DEV.. However its all too early.. And too much still to learn...Its gonna be a challenge for Jadeja,, Hope he stands out...:)

Midway Scenario

314 all out might say that it was the same old story all together India bowling first leaking runs again and in the end might even lose the match. But if you saw the match today you'll have to agree that it was surely not the way it looks like. Ya India did bowl lose in the beginning but then it was also about some very sensible batting from Kane Williamson and Martin Guptill.

NZ were cruising at one stage at 189/1 in 32.4 overs when actually the slide started. And it all began from the wicket of Kane Williamson. After a superb partnership of 153 runs Williamson had to pay the price for being too cheeky. And at one stage they were 270-6 in 42.4 Overs where again Indian pulled it off to reduce NZ for 289/9 and it was only after Tim Southee's last overs cameo that they could actually cross 300!!

Small ground on either side of wicket.. One side being 48 meters, uneven and very quick outfield with bowl coming on to the bat nicely this surely seemed a wicket where NZ after being in the position they were in would score in excess of 340. Martin Guptill was elegant and his straight six of Shami was surely the class with which he batted
